Megan is a drama graduate of Liverpool John Moores University. Her passion for performing arts, dance and musical theatre began at an early age and grew substantially after attending Bates and Stage Academy for 14 years. During this time, she was involved in numerous productions in theatres in and around Stockport.
Megan has worked with an array of students primarily in the Stockport area (Hazel Grove High School and Aquinas College) helping them to develop teamwork and overcome societal issues through dance, drama and singing.
Since 2019, Megan has co-lead various drama workshops with Malit in the Community Drama in and around the north west to encourage young people to be more confident in their self-image. Megan’s passion is to encourage young people to open up about the ever changing pressures in today’s society and to help them become more confident and comfortable in their own skin. It is Megan’s hope that through her work with Malit in the Community she can continue to work in communities and schools, making a positive difference to young people lives wherever she can.
